For a large end-user, the decision to switch to LED is one thing, but the size and sequencing of the actual rollout is quite another.  You’ll need to factor in sources and types of funding (including tapping into LED Incentives), organizational readiness for the installation, and impact on the financials, among other things.  If you’re purchasing from multiple manufacturers, that adds another layer of complexity and challenge for your staff overseeing this process.
